Items you will use all the time

Below is a list
of items you will always use in your low carb kitchen.
- Chef's knife,
maybe 2
- composite cutting
boards. (I like sizes that fit into the dish washer. For chicken cutting,
I like to run the boards through the wash cycle.)
- spritzer for
oil. I keep grape seed oil in mine.
- olive oil and
dispenser of some kind.
- kosher salt
- pepper grinder
- baking sheet
pans
- aluminum foil
- small or medium
pots for cooking beans. Beans are commonly served.
- 2 quart pitcher.
We drink plenty of crystal light drink. Keep this one full all the
time.
- melon baller.
Use this alot for pears, apples, and other seeded fruit.
