Eating healthy does not have
to be bland and unexciting. There are many dishes that are
easy to make and good for you. My wife and I have 2 kids and
do all the extracurricular crap that many families do. We
have found many recipes that are good for "reheat, we
have practice tonight".
I collect good low carb recipes to help us
keep the weight off. If you eat low carb, you have to be creative
to come up with good food that is also good for you or at
least not bad for you. Enjoy! |
